I have been working with Chris since 2004 on a range of projects from re-roofing to small repairs via complete renovations involving extensive structural work. Chris brings a calm, thoughtful attention to detail to every project along with a thick address book of specialist trades who have met his high standards for quality and professionalism. I whole-heartedly recommend him as a lead contractor.
Chris was recommended by a friend when we were looking to undertake a building project. It was a great recommendation! He is extremely pro-active, reliable and has great attention to detail. His experience came to the fore when he was able to suggest and implement improvements to various design details in the architects plan, which resulted in a much improved finish. His organisation and project management skills were also first rate. I would have no reservation in strongly recommending to others, and will definitely be contacting him next time I need any work doing.
We have been so pleased to find a builder with Chris’s professionalism and quality of work. The two projects he has worked with us on were a great success thanks to his attention to detail, skill and careful work. I would definitely recommend Chris without hesitation.
Chris project managed my flat renovation 7 years ago. The flat still looks stunning which is testament to quality of his work. I have always been very impressed by his ability to think about the design as well as build and his work is always very high quality. I have recommended Chris to a number of my friends and am delighted that he has project managed superb work for them. I look forward to having a new place and working with Chris on another renovation.
