This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 1960s property, including the demolition of an existing garage and the construction of a substantial wraparound extension. Featuring exposed British larch rafters, the new extension introduces warmth and architectural character while creating a brighter, more spacious ground-floor kitchen and living area.
The refurbishment also included the installation of a hot water underfloor heating system throughout the ground floor, alongside a bespoke kitchen designed to complement the new space. The result is a thoughtfully transformed home that combines natural materials, contemporary design and modern comfort.
